MANGO PULLED PORK SANDWICH

FT. CUTINO SAUCE CO. MANGO HOT SAUCE

Ingredients

Pork Shoulder

- 1 pork shoulder

- 1/2 cup yellow mustard

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/3 bottle Cutino Mango hot sauce

- 1 Tsp of each: red chili powder, ground oregano, mustard powder, white pepper

- 2 Tsp of each: granulated garlic, granulated onion, ground ginger, paprika, salt

BBQ Sauce

- 1/4 Tsp of each: granulated garlic, paprika, ground ginger

- 1/2 Tsp of each: white pepper, salt

- 1/2 cup butter

- 1/4 cup yellow mustard

-1/8 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/3 bottle of Cutino Mango hot sauce

Mango Slaw

- 1 bag of slaw mix from store, or make your own blend.

- 1/2 cup mayo

- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar

- 2 Tbsp honey

- 1/3 bottle of Cutino Mango hot sauce

- 1 red mango

- 1/2 Tsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp white pepper

- 1 Tsp salt

- Bread buns of your choice (set aside for sandwich assembly)

Instructions

Pork Shoulder

1. For wet ingredients: mix together the yellow mustard, brown sugar and Mango hot sauce. Then rub pork with this sauce mixture.

2. Combine all spices and dust over the pork.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

4. Use your preferred method to cook the pork shoulder, smoke or bake. We prefer to smoke ours!

BBQ Sauce

1. In a small saucepan melt the butter over medium low heat.

2. Once butter is melted add brown sugar, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar and Mango hot sauce.

3. Stir in the dry spices and simmer on low heat while whisking steadily for 3-4 minutes.

4. Once sauce is thoroughly mixed, take off heat and set aside.

Mango Slaw and Assembly!

1. In a bowl mix together mayo, rice vinegar, honey and Mango hot sauce.

2. Peel and cut up one red mango into small 1/4 inch pieces

3. Stir in the dry spices and simmer on low heat while whisking steadily for 3-4 minutes.

4. In a large bowl add slaw mix, diced mango, mayo mixture, sesame oil, white pepper and salt. Stir to combine.

6. Toast your buns and top with pulled pork, BBQ sauce and slaw

7. Enjoy!
