2 9 inch pie crusts (homemade or store bought, it’s your life)
3-4 large sweet potatoes (boil then peel then puree)
1 can evaporated milk
4 oz. butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. nutmeg
2 oz. Cutino Sauce Co. Ghost
5 large eggs
1. In a mixer or bowl add the sweet potato puree, sugar, and butter. Mix thoroughly.
2. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, vanilla and remaining seasonings.
3. Add the egg mixture to the sweet potato mixture as well as hot sauce then fully incorporate.
4. Fill pie shells and bake at 325 for 75 minutes.
