4-5 lbs chicken tenders
1 Pint buttermilk
1 oz. Cutino Sauce Co. Habanero (add more for desired heat level)
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 cups Flour
1 ½ Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Granulated Garlic
½ Tbsp. Cayenne
¼ Tbsp. Paprika
½ Tbsp. Red pepper powder
¼ Tbsp. Baking powder
1 cup Maple Syrup
1 oz. Cutino Sauce Co. Jalapeño (add more for desired heat level)
Make a batch from a store bought mix or your own recipe
1. Brine chicken in buttermilk, Habanero sauce, and salt for a minimum of 4 hours up to overnight.
2. Combine breading ingredients in a bowl and dredge chicken directly from buttermilk.
3. Fry chicken at 325 for 5-7 minutes.
4. Place chicken on waffles and drizzle with Jalapeño syrup.
