1/2 cup brown sugar (loose)
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup Azuñia Reposado Tequila
1/4 cup butter (browned)
1 bottle Cutino Sauce Co. Chipotle
1 cup Azuñia Agave Nectar
1. Mix brown sugar and yellow mustard into a paste. Rub liberally over entire ham. Place in a deep roasting pan and set aside.
2. In a sauce pan brown butter over medium heat then add tequila.
3. Add chipotle hot sauce and agave nectar continuing to simmer on medium for 15 mins.
4. Baste ham with glaze every 15 minutes of cook time. Reserve some glaze for serving.
